Cornell Chicken BBQ Recipe
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worchester sauce
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
Cook this mixture for two minutes
Cool slightly and add one egg and beat
Reserve a little for "dipping sauce" at the table
pour the rest over cleaned
chicken parts and refrigerate overnight.
Barbeque over hot coals until it is done
basting each time you turn the chicken
Delicious!
